Project Sponsor – The project sponsor is Worldwide Sports.
It is very important to be in close touch with our project sponsor throughout
the length of the project to properly form the project charter, maintain any
changes in budget, scope, and schedule, and also secure needed functional
requirements.
Subject Matter Expert – Megan is the team subject matter
expert. She plays a big role in developing the scope of the project,
interacting with our project sponsor, Worldwide Sports, and connecting the
sponsor, end users, and other stakeholders. She is responsible for acceptance
testing when the project is being finished and makes sure all of the functional
requirements have been met at the project closing.
Project Manager – The project manager is a rotation of top
management experts. The selected deliverable project manager is in charge of
keeping the schedule, budget, and scope in line and is selected based on 2
criterion; the specific skills of the project team member and the requirements
of the deliverable at hand.
Systems Architect – Lauren is our systems architect. She is
responsible for making sure all deliverables of the project fit together
perfectly and flow one into the other. This is crucial for the project in the
hands of the end users; they must be able to navigate through the system with
little effort, and great understanding.
Systems Analyst – Mike is our systems analyst. He is in
charge of the deliverable documentation and presentation to the higher levels
of Worldwide Sports. This role is important because he is the main
communication between Worldwide Sports management, and our selected project
team. Good communication and documentation by Mike will ensure continued
support and funding for the project.
Technical Infrastructure Team – Emett is the head of our
technical infrastructure team. Assisted by Lauren, Mike, and Megan, the team
will make decisions support several areas of the project based on the network,
the maintenance of the database, and system administration.
Technology
- 2 Workstations and 4 PC’s for the LEMM Solutions project team equipped with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project
- PC webcam’s and one phone line for communication purposes
- MySQL Database Server and IIS Server
- Blogger service to manage and observe the deliverables and process of the project
- JavaScript and HTML for creating a physical design for Worldwide Sports

- Our project team will be available to Worldwide Sports through email, which is the most effective form of communication, as well as several on site visits and via phone.
- Since Worldwide Sports is a small building, LEMM Solutions will be staying in a nearby hotel when the on site visits occur.
Other
Travel - LEMM Solutions will be on side at Worldwide Sports for the first 3 months after implementation to train the employees on using the system as well as performing any maintenance to the system, this first 3 months is free to Worldwide Sports.
Training - Training will be done by our project team for Worldwide Sports employees during the presentation of the system. The team will be available during the following weeks to assist in any additional training as well as responding to any questions that Worldwide Sports employees or management has.
Implementation - The entire project team will be available during the final presentation of the system. Each team member will demonstrate a part of the project and answer any questions partaining to the respective parts.
Maintenance - LEMM Solutions will provide 3 months of free maintenance to any area of the system. The point of that is so that Worldwide Sports can learn to take care of the maintenance internally with some help in the beginning and the proper training to do so.
