Deliverable #4 project manager: Megan Schottanes


The following table illustrates our Stakeholder Analysis Chart. Its purpose is simply to show all stakeholders effected by our project and how they will impact the outcome, if at all. Each stakeholder's role, influence, and interest is stated along with several other key factors. This chart makes it easy to separate the stakeholders in order of importance and for our overall project success.

Difficulty getting the resources from other managers

John is the assistant marketing manager. He feels that Worldwide Sports is a small company and we are wasting time by working with them instead of a project for a bigger company. John may hold back valuable information.
Foe
Give him positive updates throughout the length of the project to maintain a good relationship and stop him from any negative influence on the project.
Maintain good communication, invite him to see updates that others may not see and as him for some advice to show him that we value his input.
